Find a black bean recipe that you like that has flavors that you enjoy, then add some brown rice and broccoli to the recipe. This is a winning combo for any lunch box.
4. Grilled Chicken Veggie Bowls
This is a flexible lunch idea here. Grill the chicken and then add brown rice. For the veggie you can add anything that is in season or that you have on hand. You can roast the veggies, steam them or even put them on the grill.
